At Seva Group Foundation, we are grateful for your generous support. As a charitable trust, donations are used to fund our social and humanitarian initiatives. However, in certain situations, a refund may be considered under the following policy:
All donations are final and non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error or due to a technical issue, a refund request may be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
Refunds will only be processed if the donated amount has not yet been allocated or utilized for any charitable purpose.
Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of donation. This may include credit card, bank account, UPI, or wallet, as applicable.
It may take 7–10 working days to process an approved refund.
To request a refund please email us at contact@sevagroupfoundation.com with proof of transaction (such as donation receipt or transaction ID).
The Seva Group Foundation reserves the right to refuse a refund request at its sole discretion.
